How much can I get paid for bringing sellers?
- It depends on the deal.
- If you are just referrng a lead, we will pay you $1,500 OR
- If you are the listing agent, you will make your Listing Commission
- If you are a Mentoree or part of the Done Deal Solutions Acquisition Team, you will be paid a percentage of the profits on the deal.
(10 to 55%)
How It's Done:
- Submit your lead online.
- After your lead is approved, our representative schedules an appointment to discuss our process with the homeowner.
- We collect the Short Sale packet and submit it with our offer to the Lender for approval.
- We aggressively price the property together and shop for retail offers.
- Our representative negotiates with the bank and gets approval.
- We accept the retail offer.
- We both get paid.
- Start all over again with a new lead.
