How much can I get paid for bringing sellers?

  • It depends on the deal.
  • If you are just referrng a lead, we will pay you $1,500 OR
  • If you are the listing agent, you will make your Listing Commission
  • If you are a Mentoree or part of the Done Deal Solutions Acquisition Team, you will be paid a percentage of the profits on the deal.
    (10 to 55%)

How It's Done:

  1. Submit your lead online.
  2. After your lead is approved, our representative schedules an appointment to discuss our process with the homeowner.
  3. We collect the Short Sale packet and submit it with our offer to the Lender for approval.
  4. We aggressively price the property together and shop for retail offers.
  5. Our representative negotiates with the bank and gets approval.
  6. We accept the retail offer.
  7. We both get paid.
  8. Start all over again with a new lead.
